Dr Lucy Hogarth

Lucy Hogarth is a scientist, freelance artist and climate activist. She earned her PhD in Astrophysics at University College London (UCL) and has been a member of Scientists for Extinction Rebellion (S4XR) for over 5 years. In that time, she also provided artwork for Extinction Rebellion and many of its sister groups. Currently, she designs, writes and produces a live-animated sci-fi series called Tales from the Fray.

A live-animated sci-fi series streaming on Twitch and edited for YouTube. Each week, viewers follow Arii and the stories that weave through the underside of the Universe, the Fray.

Climate Crisis

Scientists on Survival - Book Release

On 27th March this year, Scientists on Survival was published by Micheal O'Mara Books. It features short stories and accounts from scientists about their experiences as climate activists. I am delighted to have written two pieces for this book and illustrated the chapters.
